Ms. Rolanda Woods brings over 23 years of expertise in Child Care Development to her role as an accomplished educator and leader. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and serves as a Professional Development Specialist for the CDA Council.
Under her leadership, Ro's Heavenly Angel's Learning Center has achieved a prestigious 4-star rating with the Alabama Quality STARS program, reflecting its commitment to excellence. Ms. Woods fosters a nurturing and safe environment where learning thrives. She emphasizes social development and inspires both students and staff to strive for excellence in all they do.
Ms. Shandale Farley - Center Director
Shandale Farley is the Director at Ro's Heavenly Angels. She is dedicated to excellence and has over 10 years of childcare experience. Shandale earned her CDA and her passion for children and child development is evident as she demonstrates love for students and her role. In her spare time, she likes to travel and spend time with her 2 kids and fiancé.
